Military Sodomy?

The Washington Blade, a LGBT political newspaper, recently released a story about an Air Force Officer being accused of rape. The "problem" is that he is accused of raping men. What surprises me is that he can't decide to come out and give a defense to his rape and risk being discharged from the military, or taking his chances with rape and staying in the military. Reasons why the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy is wrong and immoral? Where did this policy come from and who could have not realized it's implications? You think it must have been Reagan or one of the Bush's; however, it was the great William Clinton. Yes although Bill promised the LGBT community the world, he gave them the proverbial closet instead. The military policy is my top priority when it comes to LGBT rights and the first thing that needs to be fixed. When I look for a President, he or she must show me that he or she will be doing something to reverse the military policy to get my vote. I would like to know what topic concerns you the most in the next election? What are you looking for in a President?
